L Milch <br>50 gr. Frischk\u00e4se<br>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>2.Tomatensauce<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> 1 Liter Wasser<br> 3 EL Tomatenmark<br> Salz und Pfeffer <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cannelloni wird auf die gleiche Weise gebacken: 20 Minuten in einem vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200 \u00b0 C. Dann drehen Cannelloni bestreuen geriebenen K\u00e4se und Backen weitere 15 min. bei 175\u00b0C. Betrachten wir nun mehrere Rezepte mit verschiedenen Arten von F\u00fcllungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>1. <\/strong>F\u00fcllung mit Hackfleisch.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hackfleisch &#8211; 400 gr., Zwiebeln &#8211; 1 Stk., Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch jeder Art: Emmentaler, Parmesan, Gouda oder Mozzarella (ca. 80 gr.) Braten Sie das Hackfleisch mit Zwiebeln und gehacktem Knoblauch an. Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen mit geriebenem K\u00e4se mischen und die Cannelloni f\u00fcllen. In Tomatensauce gie\u00dfen. Backen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2. F\u00fcllung mit Hackfleisch und H\u00fchnerleber.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fchnerleber &#8211; 200 gr., Hackfleisch &#8211; 300 gr., Zwiebel 2 Stk., Ei &#8211; 1 Stk., geriebener K\u00e4se &#8211; 80 gr., Salz, Pfeffer. Die H\u00fchnerleber in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine oder mit einem Fleischwolf zerkleinern, mit Hackfleisch mischen und mit fein gehackten Zwiebeln anbraten. Salz, Pfeffer, Ei, geriebenen K\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Cannelloni f\u00fcllen. Backen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>3. Fischf\u00fcllung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fischfilet &#8211; 600 gr., Zitronenschale, K\u00e4se Mozzarella -150 gr. Dill, Petersilie, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Muskatnuss, Salz, Pfeffer. Fischfilet fein hacken, Eier, geriebenen Mozzarella, Zitronenschale, Salz, Pfeffer, gehackte Zwiebeln, Dill und Petersilie dazugeben. R\u00fchren und f\u00fcllen Sie die Cannelloni. Milchsauce einf\u00fcllen, Muskat hinzuf\u00fcgen und backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4. Pilzf\u00fcllung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilze &#8211; 150 gr.Schinken-150 gr.Zwiebel &#8211; 1 St\u00fcck Karotte &#8211; 1 St\u00fcck Pilze waschen, Kochen und fein hacken. Karotten reiben, mit gehackten Zwiebeln, Schinken und Pilzen vermischen, 10 min.Abk\u00fchlen lassen, Cannelloni f\u00fcllen. Gie\u00dfen Sie die milchsauce und Backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>5.<\/strong> Spinatf\u00fcllung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spinat-150 gr., Schinken &#8211; 100 gr., Zwiebel &#8211; 1 St\u00fcck, Knoblauch &#8211; 1 Zahn, geriebener K\u00e4se-100 gr. Schinken, Knoblauch und Zwiebeln fein hacken und anbraten. Mit Spinat und K\u00e4se einr\u00fchren. F\u00fcllen Sie den kaneloni, Gie\u00dfen Sie die Tomatensauce und 100 gr. Sahne. Backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>6. <\/strong>Gem\u00fcsef\u00fcllung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Paprika-4 St\u00fcck, gr\u00fcne Zwiebeln &#8211; 5 Stiele, Knoblauch &#8211; 2 Z\u00e4hne., geriebener K\u00e4se-20 gr., Muskatnuss, geschmolzener K\u00e4se-50 gr., Salz, Pfeffer. Paprika, Knoblauch und gr\u00fcne Zwiebeln fein hacken. Mit geriebenem Schmelzk\u00e4se umr\u00fchren. F\u00fcllen Cannelloni Gie\u00dfen milchsauce mit Muskatnuss und Backen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>7. Gem\u00fcsef\u00fcllung mit Feta.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Feta-K\u00e4se &#8211; 100 gr., Paprika &#8211; 2 Stk., Tomaten &#8211; 2 Stk., Ei &#8211; 1 Stk., Knoblauch &#8211; 2 Z\u00e4hne., Basilikum, Salz und Pfeffer. Gie\u00dfen Sie die Tomaten nach 10 Minuten mit kochendem Wasser. sch\u00e4len. Tomaten, Knoblauch und Paprika fein hacken und 10 Minuten braten. Das Ei, den fein gehackten Schafsk\u00e4se und das Basilikum dazugeben. R\u00fchren Sie sich, f\u00fcllen Sie Cannelloni, gie\u00dfen Sie Tomatensauce und backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>8.
